## What is GigMe?

GigMe is Canada's on-demand event staffing platform. We connect event organizers and venues with verified gig workers — bartenders, waitstaff, cleaners, stagehands, runners and brand ambassadors — instantly, through our mobile app.

## Which cities is GigMe available in?

GigMe is currently available across Canada (excluding Quebec) including Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Ottawa, Winnipeg, Halifax and Regina — with more cities coming soon.

## How do I hire event staff on GigMe?

Download the GigMe app, create a host account, post your gig with the role, date, location and rate — and get matched with verified workers nearby. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.

## How do I find gig work on GigMe?

Download the GigMe app, create your worker profile, add your skills and availability — then browse open shifts near you and apply in one tap. You choose when and where you work.

## How does GigMe verify workers?

Every worker on GigMe goes through identity verification. Workers are also rated after every shift by hosts, so you can always see their track record before confirming a booking.

## How fast do workers get paid?

Payments are processed securely through the app after each shift is completed. No invoices, no cash, no waiting around.

## Is GigMe available in Quebec?

Not yet — GigMe is currently available across Canada excluding Quebec. We're working on expanding coverage and will announce when Quebec goes live.

## What is the GigMe referral program?

Refer a friend to GigMe as a worker. Once they complete their first 30 days, you earn $20 CAD straight to your account. The more you refer, the more you earn.
