## How it works

1. **Create your profile.** Add skills, certifications, and availability.
2. **Browse open gigs.** Filter by role, date, and pay. Apply in one tap.
3. **Work your shift.** Show up, do the work, and track hours in the app.
4. **Get paid.** Payments are processed securely after the shift. No invoices or cash.
